This is a formal agreement for the purchase of a custom sign to be made as follows:

Description

Interior sign

The green rectangle and white lettering will be individually cut and placed 1/2”-1” in front of the black circle, with the green circle placed 1/2” behind it. The white lettering will all be individually cut and placed 1” or so in front of the brushed aluminum back layer.

Lighting will be installed behind the green circle and behind the back layer, shining around the perimeter and through cutouts behind the lettering. The sign will need a standard electrical outlet for the sign to be plugged in. A remote will be included with the sign so that the colors and brightness can be adjusted.

A french cleat will be installed onto the back of the sign to allow for easy and secure mounting.

Exterior sign

All of the white lettering, green bar and ring will be individually cut and placed at varying depths in front of the black back layer. The back layer will be a fabricated structure that will have lighting enclosed within it. The lighting will shine through cutouts behind the lettering. All of this will be duplicated on the opposite side.
The sign will have mounting arms extending 16” from the side, using 2”x2” tubing. They will be mounted to the wall using the mounting plates attached to the arms.

The wiring will need to be run through the wall to connect to the power supply, which will need 120v power ran to the box. A photocell will be included with the sign.

Shipping & Installation
All signs will ship in a custom built wood crate. Ground level, curbside shipping is included. Signs 41" and larger will be sent via freight on a pallet. Crate size will be roughly 5 square inches larger than your sign.
ShieldCo does not provide installation.

Processing time is 3-5 weeks from payment or final art approval (whichever comes last). Lighting and specialty finishes can add additional time.

*Shipping costs are included in the sale price throughout the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

ShieldCo endeavors to 1) create a close real-life representation of each sign before fabrication (3D renderings), and 2) fabricate each sign as close as possible to what is shown in the 3D renderings. Due to the custom process, there may be slight variations between what is shown in the renderings and how a sign looks in real life. With purchase, client accepts that sign in real life may vary from what is shown on the attached 3D renderings.

There will be additional charges if there are changes to the design once production has started.
