Notice at Collection (California/CPRA). We collect identifiers (e.g., name, email, phone, IP), commercial information (quotes/orders), internet activity (pages viewed, device/browser), and inferences for the purposes described in Section 2 (including service delivery, analytics, and advertising). We do not collect sensitive personal information for marketing.

1. WHAT INFORMATION WE PROCESS

1.1 Personal Information You Provide

Name, email, phone, mailing/billing address, company/role, project details, contact preferences, and payment-related information needed to complete a transaction or request a quote.

1.2 Sensitive Information

We do not seek sensitive information. If circumstances require (e.g., fraud prevention) and permitted by law, we would only process it with explicit consent or where legally required.

1.3 Information We Automatically Process

When you interact with the Services, we automatically collect technical data such as date/time of visit, pages viewed, time on page, referring/exit pages, approximate geolocation, device and browser characteristics, and IP address for security and performance.

1.4 Information From Other Sources

We may supplement records with information from public databases, business partners, ad/lead platforms, and social networks (e.g., name, email, phone, company, role) to improve accuracy, outreach, and service.

2. WHY WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION

We process information to:

  • Operate, secure, and maintain the Services;

  • Any additional purpose disclosed at or before collection.

3. TECHNOLOGIES WE USE

3.1 First-Party Technologies (Cookies, Local Storage)

Used for core functionality (e.g., session management, preferences, security) and site performance.

3.2 Third-Party Technologies (Analytics & Ads)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), and Meta pixels to understand usage and deliver/measure advertising. These may set cookies or similar identifiers for analytics, conversion tracking, frequency capping, and remarketing.

4. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS/MMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from ShieldCo:
