This is a formal agreement for the purchase of a custom sign to be made as follows:

Description
Each of the pieces for this sign will be made from laser cut, powder coated aluminum. 

Gray lettering for NORTHSIDE FORSYTH will stand on spacers away from the white sign. Two shades of blue, semi-cirular pieces will stand on spacers away from the sign as well. In the white backer "INTERNAL MEDICINE & GERIATRICS" will be negatively cut into the backer, with a blue piece behind it.

Lighting
Illumination cutouts will be placed behind the gary lettering and the two blue logo pieces. This lighting will be placed behind the backer, reflecting off the piece behind it, and through the cutouts.

The sign will need a standard electrical outlet to be plugged in. A remote will be included so that the colors and brightness can be adjusted.

Shipping & Installation
All signs will ship in a custom built wood crate. Ground level, curbside shipping is included. Signs 41" and larger will be sent via freight on a pallet. Crate size will be roughly 5 square inches larger than your sign.
ShieldCo does not provide installation.

A french cleat will be installed onto the back of the sign to allow for easy and secure mounting.

Processing time is 4-6 weeks from payment or final art approval (whichever comes last). Lighting and specialty finishes can add additional time.

ShieldCo endeavors to 1) create a close real-life representation of each sign before fabrication (3D renderings), and 2) fabricate each sign as close as possible to what is shown in the 3D renderings. Due to the custom process, there may be slight variations between what is shown in the renderings and how a sign looks in real life. With purchase, client accepts that sign in real life may vary from what is shown on the attached 3D renderings.

There will be additional charges if there are changes to the design once production has started.
