No, you don’t need to provide a vector graphic. We can create one for you. Vector graphics are preferred because they scale without losing quality, making your design look sharp at any size. If you don’t have one, we’ll professionally trace your design to ensure it’s perfect for production.
Metal is the best option for durability and precision. Aluminum is our top choice because it’s strong, weather-resistant, and looks high-quality. Other options, like vinyl or wood, don’t offer the same durability or finish, making these materials less favorable for certain products that benefit from engraving.
We use powder coating for its wide range of colors and durability. We also offer colored acrylic for added color options.
We can make signs in almost any size. Our typical sizes range from 2 to 10 feet wide or tall, but we can create larger signs using a grid system. The smallest we’ve made is 1 inch, and the largest is 16 feet.

Aluminum signs won’t rust. Rust forms when iron reacts with moisture, but aluminum doesn’t contain iron. For a rustic look, we offer Cor-Ten steel, which forms a protective rust layer without continuing to corrode.
Aluminum signs are lightweight. A sign that’s 4 feet wide and 3 feet tall typically weighs less than 40 lbs, making them easy to hang without stressing the structure. This feature often earns positive reviews from customers who appreciate ease of installation.
We offer several installation methods:
- French cleat: For larger signs, distributes weight evenly.
- Template and studs: For individual letters or pieces, we provide a template for easy installation.

Aluminum and stainless steel signs are not magnetic. If you need a magnetic sign, we recommend steel or Cor-Ten.
