This is a formal agreement for the purchase of a custom sign to be made as follows:

Description
The front piece of this sign will be a lightly distressed steel (reference image included). This piece will have the logo elements of this sign laser cut out to reveal the back layer. The back layer will be an aluminum backer matching the tan of your brands logo. These pieces will be flush mounted against each other.
Shipping & Installation
All signs will ship in a custom built wood crate. Ground level, curbside shipping is included. Signs 41" and larger will be sent via freight on a pallet. Crate size will be roughly 5 square inches larger than your sign.
ShieldCo does not provide installation.
A french cleat will be installed onto the back of the sign to allow for easy and secure mounting.
Processing time is 4-6 weeks from payment or final art approval (whichever comes last). Lighting and specialty finishes can add additional time.
*Shipping costs are included in the sale price throughout the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
*$500 will be charged for shipping.

ShieldCo endeavors to 1) create a close real-life representation of each sign before fabrication (3D renderings), and 2) fabricate each sign as close as possible to what is shown in the 3D renderings. Due to the custom process, there may be slight variations between what is shown in the renderings and how a sign looks in real life. With purchase, client accepts that sign in real life may vary from what is shown on the attached 3D renderings.
There will be additional charges if there are changes to the design once production has started.
