This is a formal agreement for the purchase of a custom sign to be made as follows:
Sign 1 - Exterior Sign

Description
Each of the pieces for this sign will be made from laser cut, powder coated aluminum.
The “Rockets” letters will be raised 1/2” from the black backer. The additional letters and artwork will be laser cut from the black backer. We will apply a vinyl to a polycarbonate reveal to capture the additional letters and artwork, allowing these components to light up.
Lighting
Lighting will be installed behind the black backer shining through all of the polycarbonate cutouts.
The sign will need a standard electrical outlet for the sign to be plugged in. A remote will be included with the sign so that the colors and brightness can be adjusted.
Sign 2 - Interior Sign

Description
Each of the pieces for this sign will be made from laser cut, powder coated aluminum.
The white gold ball will be raised in front of the black circular outline. The red “R” will be layered between the golf ball and the silver “H”. The white outlines around the letters will be cut from the black backers, showing a white reveal.
Lighting
Lighting will be installed behind each of the three black backers, shining through the white cutouts around the letters and making the sign halo-lit.
The sign will need a standard electrical outlet for the sign to be plugged in. A remote will be included with the sign so that the colors and brightness can be adjusted.
Shipping & Installation
All signs will ship in a custom built wood crate. Ground level, curbside shipping is included. Signs 41" and larger will be sent via freight on a pallet. Crate size will be roughly 5 square inches larger than your sign.
ShieldCo does not provide installation.
A french cleat will be installed onto the back of the signs to allow for easy and secure mounting.
Processing time is 4-6 weeks from payment or final art approval (whichever comes last). Lighting and specialty finishes can add additional time.

ShieldCo endeavors to 1) create a close real-life representation of each sign before fabrication (3D renderings), and 2) fabricate each sign as close as possible to what is shown in the 3D renderings. Due to the custom process, there may be slight variations between what is shown in the renderings and how a sign looks in real life. With purchase, client accepts that sign in real life may vary from what is shown on the attached 3D renderings.
There will be additional charges if there are changes to the design once production has started.
