This is a formal agreement for the purchase of a custom sign to be made as follows:

Description
Each of the pieces for this sign will be made from laser cut, powder coated aluminum.
The ‘SCS’ lettering will be made up of multiple layers. The white border will be individually cut and mounted to the green individually cut lettering. These will be mounted to a black layer in the same shape. Behind this will be a brushed aluminum layer, slightly larger to create a border. The ‘TV’ lettering will be individually cut and mounted to the a gray layer. The green and brushed aluminum semi circles will be mounted to the gray back layer.
The lettering for ‘Mustang Media’ will be in white and individually cut.
Lighting
LED lighting will be installed on the back of the black ‘SCS’ layer to reflect off the brushed aluminum layer. It will also be installed on the back dark gray layer to reflect off the wall.
The sign will need a standard electrical outlet for the sign to be plugged in. A remote will be included with the sign so that the colors and brightness can be adjusted.
Shipping & Installation
All signs will ship in a custom built wood crate. Ground level, curbside shipping is included. Signs 41" and larger will be sent via freight on a pallet. Crate size will be roughly 5 square inches larger than your sign.
ShieldCo does not provide installation.
A french cleat will be installed onto the back of the sign to allow for easy and secure mounting.
A template will be provided that shows where the holes need to be drilled to mount the lettering.
Processing time is 4-6 weeks from payment or final art approval (whichever comes last). Lighting and specialty finishes can add additional time.

ShieldCo endeavors to 1) create a close real-life representation of each sign before fabrication (3D renderings), and 2) fabricate each sign as close as possible to what is shown in the 3D renderings. Due to the custom process, there may be slight variations between what is shown in the renderings and how a sign looks in real life. With purchase, client accepts that sign in real life may vary from what is shown on the attached 3D renderings.
There will be additional charges if there are changes to the design once production has started.
