This is a formal agreement for the purchase of a custom sign to be made as follows:

Description
Each of the pieces for this sign will be made from laser cut aluminum.
The front layer will be in raw, brushed aluminum. It will have all of the lettering and design shapes negatively cut from it. The ovals with the seals will be in aluminum and will have the images etched onto them (The artwork will be cleaned up to have everything precise). These pieces will be flush with the brushed shield shape. A black layer will be placed 1” behind the brushed layer, with lighting installed in between.
The sign will need a standard electrical outlet for the sign to be plugged in. A remote will be included with the sign so that the colors and brightness can be adjusted.
A french cleat will be installed onto the back of the sign to allow for easy and secure mounting.
Shipping & Installation
All signs will ship in a custom built wood crate. Ground level, curbside shipping is included. Signs 41" and larger will be sent via freight on a pallet. Crate size will be roughly 5 square inches larger than your sign.
ShieldCo does not provide installation.
Processing time is 3-5 weeks from payment or final art approval (whichever comes last). Lighting and specialty finishes can add additional time.

ShieldCo endeavors to 1) create a close real-life representation of each sign before fabrication (3D renderings), and 2) fabricate each sign as close as possible to what is shown in the 3D renderings. Due to the custom process, there may be slight variations between what is shown in the renderings and how a sign looks in real life. With purchase, client accepts that sign in real life may vary from what is shown on the attached 3D renderings.
There will be additional charges if there are changes to the design once production has started.
