This is a formal agreement for the purchase of a custom sign to be made as follows:

Description
Each of the pieces for this sign will be made from laser cut, powder coated aluminum.
The lettering for ‘De Mase’ will be individually cut and mounted to the black layer. The same letters will be negatively cut from the black layer with a solid orange piece placed flush behind. The lettering for ‘Trucking’ and ‘Rigging’ will be negatively cut from the black layer. The front banner will have the lettering ‘Since 1973’ mounted to the gold layer. The edges of the banner will be mounted behind this. A gold piece will be mounted behind the black layer to create a gold border.
Lighting
LED lighting will be on the back of the gold backer to reflect off the wall.
The sign will need a standard electrical outlet for the sign to be plugged in. A remote will be included with the sign so that the colors and brightness can be adjusted.
Shipping & Installation
All signs will ship in a custom built wood crate. Ground level, curbside shipping is included. Signs 41" and larger will be sent via freight on a pallet. Crate size will be roughly 5 square inches larger than your sign.
ShieldCo does not provide installation.
A french cleat will be installed onto the back of the sign to allow for easy and secure mounting.
Processing time is 4-6 weeks from payment or final art approval (whichever comes last). Lighting and specialty finishes can add additional time.

ShieldCo endeavors to 1) create a close real-life representation of each sign before fabrication (3D renderings), and 2) fabricate each sign as close as possible to what is shown in the 3D renderings. Due to the custom process, there may be slight variations between what is shown in the renderings and how a sign looks in real life. With purchase, client accepts that sign in real life may vary from what is shown on the attached 3D renderings.
There will be additional charges if there are changes to the design once production has started.
