This is a formal agreement for the purchase of a custom sign to be made as follows:

Halo Lit Lettering - 2 inches thick
Exterior Signage
40” Tall by 52.1” wide x 2” deep
Quantity: 2

Description
Each of the pieces for this sign will be made from fabricated aluminum. Letters will be painted in black satin. Letters will all mount on 1/5” Stainless Steel spacers.

Siltt will be as follows:
S in 2 pieces
I in 2 top pieces and bottom will be formed together with the bottom of l
L in 1 top piece and bottom will be formed together with the bottom of the I
T will stand alone
T will be combined together with mountain per artwork.

Lighting
Lighting will be contained inside of the letters and will shine warm lighting on the exterior walls of the building. Lighting will be diffused by acrylic

UL Listed.

Shipping & Installation
Installation at 105 and 101 Oaklawn Dr SE Leesburg VA, 20175 includes 2 - one day 60 ft lift rental.

Electrical work assumes new electrical circuits will need to be installed behind the wall to sign location and to the electrical breaker. Assumes timers may need to be added to the circuits. Extra cost may incur after full electrical site survey is performed.

Permitting:

Permitting Procurement costs does not guarantee permit approval. All approvals and guidelines will be granted by the associated zoning ordinance offices.

Submission to Leesburg VA for Sign Zoning
Permit Submission to Loudoun County for Sign Building / Electrical Permit.

Permitting Notes: Includes Permitting Procurement Cost.

All signs will ship in a custom built wood crate. Ground level, curbside shipping is included. Signs 41" and larger will be sent via freight on a pallet. Crate size will be roughly 5 square inches larger than your sign.
Installation will be provided by Graphcom.

A template will be provided that shows where the holes need to be drilled to mount the sign. 

Processing time is 5-7 weeks from payment or final art approval (whichever comes last). Lighting and specialty finishes can add additional time.

*Shipping costs are included in the sale price throughout the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

ShieldCo endeavors to 1) create a close real-life representation of each sign before fabrication (3D renderings), and 2) fabricate each sign as close as possible to what is shown in the 3D renderings. Due to the custom process, there may be slight variations between what is shown in the renderings and how a sign looks in real life. With purchase, client accepts that sign in real life may vary from what is shown on the attached 3D renderings.

There will be additional charges if there are changes to the design once production has started.
