This is a formal agreement for the purchase of a custom sign to be made as follows:

Description
Each of the pieces for this sign will be made from laser cut, powder coated aluminum.
The black border, cinema reel borders, and “Patel Cinema” text will be powder coated black and raised off the silver powder coated main panel at varying depths depending on what looks best visually. “The Original” text and “We have no other branch!” text will be negatively cut from the silver panel. An opaque white acrylic panel will be directly behind the silver panel for better visibility and to better simulate a true cinema style sign. A white back panel will be behind for better light dispersion and to house the power supply and installation hardware.
Lighting
RGB LED modules will be installed behind the black border and behind the silver main panel. The 2 LED strands need to be controlled separately via remote. Ideally color for border and white for main panel but customer would like ability to adjust as needed.
The sign will need a standard electrical outlet to be plugged in. Remotes will be included so that the colors and brightness can be adjusted.
Shipping & Installation
All signs will ship in a custom built wood crate. Ground level, curbside shipping is included. Signs 41" and larger will be sent via freight on a pallet. Crate size will be roughly 5 square inches larger than your sign.
ShieldCo does not provide installation.
A french cleat will be installed onto the back of the sign to allow for easy and secure mounting.
Processing time is 3-5 weeks from payment or final art approval (whichever comes last). Lighting and specialty finishes can add additional time.

ShieldCo endeavors to 1) create a close real-life representation of each sign before fabrication (3D renderings), and 2) fabricate each sign as close as possible to what is shown in the 3D renderings. Due to the custom process, there may be slight variations between what is shown in the renderings and how a sign looks in real life. With purchase, client accepts that sign in real life may vary from what is shown on the attached 3D renderings.
There will be additional charges if there are changes to the design once production has started.
