Laser Engraving Process
During fabrication, we upload your vector image files to our laser engraving software. We set engraving specifications such as depth, instructing the laser of your custom settings. Using a focused beam, it recreates design onto the bare metal surface by vaporizing the top layer of atoms.
This heat-based process removes material without contact, force, or abrasion. It’s extremely accurate since the laser beam engraves the same sign being cut. Your custom graphics integrate directly into the final product without any extra steps.
