This is a formal agreement for the purchase of a custom sign to be made as follows:

Description
Each of the pieces for these signs will be made from laser cut, powder coated aluminum. The colors used will be the same colors as used on the previous sign.
The white and black “Black Rock” letters will be individually cut and placed 1/2” or so apart from each other and at varying depths in front of the mountain layer. The dark gray mountains will have the white snow and black accent pieces made using a mix of positive and negative layers. The mountain will be placed 1” in front of the blue back layer, which will have the Construction letters negatively cut from it, with a white piece placed behind it.
A french cleat will be installed onto the back of the signs to allow for easy and secure mounting.
Lighting
Lighting will be installed behind the black layer of the lettering and behind the mountains. The exterior sign will have the lighting modules/connections coated in silicone to protect from the elements.
A remote will be included with the sign so that the colors and brightness can be adjusted.
The interior sign will need a standard electrical outlet for the sign to be plugged in.
The exterior sign will have the power supply separate from the sign. The wiring will need to run through the wall to connect to the power supply.
Shipping & Installation
All signs will ship in a custom built wood crate. Ground level, curbside shipping is included. Signs 41" and larger will be sent via freight on a pallet. Crate size will be roughly 5 square inches larger than your sign.
ShieldCo does not provide installation.
Processing time is 3-5 weeks from payment or final art approval (whichever comes last). Lighting and specialty finishes can add additional time.

ShieldCo endeavors to 1) create a close real-life representation of each sign before fabrication (3D renderings), and 2) fabricate each sign as close as possible to what is shown in the 3D renderings. Due to the custom process, there may be slight variations between what is shown in the renderings and how a sign looks in real life. With purchase, client accepts that sign in real life may vary from what is shown on the attached 3D renderings.
There will be additional charges if there are changes to the design once production has started.
