Sales Team

When you inquire with ShieldCo you will receive a call from one of our sales team members within a day to collect more information about your project. Once we have the necessary information you will be assigned a dedicated designer/sales rep who you will be working with throughout the entire project. You will talk with them on the phone, communicate via email, and even do video conferencing. The sales team will send over 2D mockups and when the design is ready, we will create 3D mockups for you so you know exactly what you are purchasing. Our pricing is fair, transparent and honest. We always include the cost of shipping in our pricing so the price quoted is the price it will be upon purchasing.

Design Team

Once you purchase, our designers start engineering your project so that we can achieve all that was promised. We take steps to ensure the lettering is going to look sharp and crisp, the colors are going to be beautiful, and the lighting is going to illuminate well.

Fabrication Team

The it is on to fabrication. We use a fiber laser to cut the parts out of aluminum and we can achieve incredible detail. Then we sand the parts to remove sharp edges and slag from the laser cutting process, add our hardware for assembly, and then to powder coating. We apply a primer coat and then a top for a lasting finish. Once all the parts are fabricated and painted we start to assemble. The team of assemblers are a group of retired professionals who put their decades of experience into making sure the lettering is straight, the depth of the parts is just right, and the lighting looks great. We hang the sign on our wall and send you final pictures to get your approval. We include in the package instructions for installation and all the necessary hardware. A large portion of the signs can be hung on your wall in 10-15 minutes or less.

Shipping Team

After all of this hard work has taken place and we’ve created the masterpiece sign for your business, we have to ensure it is going to arrive to you, wherever you live, in good condition. We know the damage that can occur when sending large delicate items, so we package them in boxes made of plywood and 2x4s, layered with foam, and secured so they can’t move or get damaged.

BROOKLYN NETS, BROOKLYN, NEW YORK

When the Brooklyn Nets contacted us late on a Friday in February of 2016, they said that they loved our metal signs and that they needed two new signs for their practice facility in Brooklyn, NY in a little less than two weeks. We worked with the manager at the Nets, creating mockups for their review over the weekend, and sealed the deal the following Monday. We delivered on time and hung the commercial signage for their opening ceremony.
